Online Credit Card Bill Payments

River Rock cusotmers can use a secure payment portal to setup an account to pay monthly water and sewer bills with a credit card or as an ACH payment.  Customers can alos use the "Quick Pay" option to pay a bill without setting up an account.  You will need the Web ID # to use either option.  The unique Web ID is printed on your monthly bill card as shown in the image below.

The rates shown below were adopted by the District Board on June 18, 2026 effective July 1, 2026.   The rate includes a $13.17 per month per account increase for debt service for a revenue bond used to build the wastewater treatment plant in 2012..  This revenue bond is for the treament plant upgrade project. 

All water and sewer bills are based on water meter readings which are read around the 15th of each month.  Payments are due 21 days after the bills are sent out.  Unpaid balances are charged a 1% monthly interest penalty.  Accounts that are delinquent after 70 days will be subject to a water shut-off.
