For example, if your water and sewer bill is $100 and you pay $100 using the online credit card payment page your account will be credited $97.  If you want to pay your full bill using the credit card online payment page add 3% to your bill total.  An easy way to do this is to multiply the total bill by 1.03 and then enter that number for your total payment.

Which address should I use to make my payment?  You have to
use the name and address that is associated with your credit card.
